Valves for SCUBA Cylinders

Fill Express stocks SCUBA cylinder valves manufactured by Thermo Valves Corporation. For sport diving, we offer the Thermo standalone valves. For technical diving, we offer the entire Thermo line of modular valves, including H-valves and isolator manifolds. We also stock spare parts and rebuild kits.

Thermo valves are designed with an angled hand wheel and a side-mounted burst disk safety assembly to make the lifting of your cylinder easier. The high-pressure valve seat is coated with Teflon to ensure lubrication-free, smooth operation. The nearly indestructible handwheel is made from soft rubber formed around a stainless steel insert for positive operation with long-lasting life. The valves are Nitrox Ready.

Oxygen Analyzer

At Fill Express, we are constantly analyzing cylinder contents, and we've used just about every analyzer on the market. This is absolutely the best analyzer we've seen at Fill Express to analyze the oxygen content of Nitrox and Trimix. The Vandagraph VN202 Oxygen Analyzer is a water-resistant unit specially designed from the ground up for the diving environment. Simple to use, both the calibration and analysis are performed in still gas. The unit is extremely accurate and very fast because there is no continuous gas flow to setup, measure, or adjust.

ExtendAir cartridges are a revolutionary new technology that solves many of the problems associated with traditional granular carbon dioxide absorbents. ExtendAir absorbents use the same chemistry as granular absorbents but in the form of easy-to-use cartridges that are quickly loaded into the scrubber canister (even under adverse conditions).

Sales and Returns Policies

	Customer Satisfaction -- Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date.
	Prices and Payment -- All prices are in U.S. dollars before taxes. Florida sales tax is 6%. We accept all major credit cards, debit/ATM cards, PayPal, and cash. We are unable to accept checks.
	Refunds and Exchanges -- Credit card purchases are refunded to the original credit card. Cash purchases are refunded by company check. Store credit and/or gift certificate purchases are refunded as store credit only.
	Special Orders -- We require a deposit of 50% of the sales price to process special orders for non-stocking items. Special order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
	Warranties -- Fill Express, LLC is an authorized dealer for genuine Lamartek d/b/a Dive Rite products and all other products we sell. Warranty information regarding any product or service offered by Fill Express is available by contacting us. All of the products purchased through Fill Express come with full warranty from the manufacturer.
