| We use only genuine factory-supplied parts and never charge more than the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) for parts. | |
| Your equipment gets free readjustments and re-servicing within 60 days from the date of service in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied. |

| Estimates -- We are happy to offer you an estimate of repair costs. We will not perform any service which exceeds the estimate by $25 without your prior approval. | |
| Partials -- We accept only complete equipment for full service. We do not accept components only (for example, only a second stage) or perform partial repairs. | |

Descriptions of Service
We use only oxygen-compatible O-rings and lubricants during all maintenance.
for more information.
Buoyancy Compensator (BCD). Recommended annually. Turnaround time is normally two days.
Completely disassemble, clean, and carefully inspect all parts for damage/corrosion/wear.
Replace any parts as appropriate.
Reassemble and test.
Cylinder, full Visual Inspection. Required annually. Turnaround time is normally one day; however, same day service is available upon request at additional charge.
Inspect to standards of Professional Scuba Inspectors, Inc. (PSI)
If appropriate, use an eddy current device to further evaluate the threads.
Clean the neck/valve threads, lubricate and install new neck/valve O-ring.
Install valve on cylinder, and test for leaks.
Supply full documentation of inspection.
Cylinder, hydrostatic test. Required every five years. Turnaround time is four days, and we offer priority rush service. This service is normally combined with a separately priced full visual inspection. Even with the best quality fills, hydrocarbon contamination can build up over time in cylinders with heavy use. Therefore, Fill Express recommends that nitrox cylinders and valves should also be prepared for oxygen service each time the cylinder is hydrostatically tested.
Test the cylinder at a DOT-authorized hydrostatic test facility.
Rinse cylinder interior and throughly dry.
Cylinder, tumble and clean interior. Required when significant interior corrosion is present. Turnaround time is four days, and we offer priority rush service. This service is normally combined with a separately priced full visual inspection.
Dry tumble cylinder with abrasive appropriate for cylinder composition.
Blow out cylinder with high pressure air to remove all dust.
Cylinder, shot blast exterior. Recommended when existing coating is promoting corrosion. Suggested when external appearance of cylinder is unsatisfactory. Turnaround time is four days, and we offer priority rush service. This service is normally combined with a separately priced full visual inspection.
Completely strip paint from cylinder.
Refinish with shot blast texture.
Cylinder and Valve, prepare for oxygen service. Turnaround time is four days, and we offer priority rush service. This service is normally combined with a separately priced full visual inspection.
Wash cylinder interior with environmentally safe detergents to remove hydrocarbon contamination.
Rinse cylinder interior and throughly dry.
Completely disassemble valve, clean, and carefully inspect all parts for damage/corrosion/wear.
Replace any parts as appropriate, and always replace the burst disk and all O-rings using oxygen-compatible products.
Regulator, periodic maintenance. Recommended annually. Turnaround time is four days, and we offer priority rush service. Note that pricing is per stage. For example, an octopus with a 1st stage, 2nd stage and backup 2nd stage would be a total of three regulator stages. Note we only service Dive Rite brand regulators.

Completely disassemble, clean, and carefully inspect all parts for damage/corrosion/wear.
Replace any parts as appropriate, and always replace all soft parts and seats.
