The Fill Express Service Policy

Customer Satisfaction -- Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any service from us does not meet your expectations, we will readjust or service the item again at no charge within 60 days from the date of service.

Estimates -- We are happy to offer you an estimate of repair costs. We will not perform any service which exceeds the estimate by $25 without your prior approval.

Partials -- We accept only complete equipment for full service. We do not accept components only (for example, only a second stage) or perform partial repairs.

Unclaimed Items -- Not responsible for items left over 60 days.

We use only oxygen-compatible O-rings and lubricants during all maintenance.

† Fill Express does not recommend renewing the visual inspection or hydro-static test for aluminum 6351-T6 alloy SCUBA cylinders because of issues associated with sustained load cracking (SLC) in those cylinders.
