Training Policy Enrollment -- Course sizes are one to four students. Because of our small class sizes, we recommend making an enrollment reservation as early as possible. Deposit and Payment -- Fill Express will not accept any reservation without a deposit of 25% of the training fee. Payment in full is required prior to the start of training. Certification -- Training is purchased, but Certification is earned only by successful completion of the course. Safety -- Fill Express makes every effort to ensure the highest standards of safety. However, you are advised that diving takes place at your own risk, and you must take full responsibility for your own safety. Fill Express reserves the right to expel from training any person whom we consider to be incompatible with the safety of themselves or others. Changes -- Local conditions may delay a training itinerary or modify its contents. Fill Express accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, delays or changes arising from circumstances beyond its control.
